Steps to Complete Waivers for New Residents and Renewals:

To ensure residents have access to the facilities, please visit the Venture Center at 5225 Longs Peak Street to complete your paperwork.

Current Resident Waiver Details:

2025 Venture Center & Fitness Center Access Card Registration:

All residents of Brighton Crossings must register at the Venture Center to access the facility. Homeowners and any household members aged 18 and older must present a photo ID and proof of residency (such as a current document with name and address). Additionally, please bring any existing keycards for updates.

Households will be required to complete the following forms:

  • Property Owner Form: This form will list all household members aged 18+ and request necessary information.
  • Minor Release Form: This form is required for all minors in the household and must be signed by a legal guardian before the minors can access the facilities.
  • Recreational Rights Form: Required for renters only, this form must be signed by the homeowner before account setup.

Once all paperwork is completed, your account will be set up, waivers will be signed, a photo will be taken, and your cards will be updated.

Annual Waiver Submission:

All residents must resubmit liability waiver paperwork annually to use community recreational facilities. Additionally, the YMCA requests that all household members have a photo taken for the check-in system, as required by the Operation Board’s liability insurance guidelines.

New Age Limits for Facility Usage:

  • Fitness Center: The District requires individuals to be at least 16 years old to use the fitness center and equipment without an adult present.
  • Swimming Pool: The District requires individuals to be at least 13 years old and pass a swim test to use the pool independently, without an adult present.
